Love running? Here is an app for you. Improve your running pace by using our app while running. Stride Keep helps runners keep the desired stride rate (steps per minute). Stride Keep will monitor your steps using iPhone's accelerometer. The app will issue an audible sound notification when your running pace doesn't match you desired pace: * Two beeps: speed up * One beep: slow down Easy to use: 1. Select the desired rate & press Start 2. Place your phone in the pocket & start running Save battery life: * The display will turn off automatically when you place you phone in the pocket of your running shorts, thanks to iPhone s proximity sensor Track your run: Stride Keep includes a steps counter, so you not only know how far you went, but also how many steps you made Discrete: When not running the app will not issue any sound. Only hear a sound when your cadence doesn't match the desired one. Please note: Stride Keep can't run in the background. Keep the app running. The display will turn off automatically.
